Mission Statement

Types Of Property Investment/Development We Specialize In.

The type of investments we specialize in at "1World Investment Club" are condo development projects in the pre-development stage of construction. We only invest in international travel/tourist areas and we are open to assisting your investment in any country in the world, however, we encourage you to look into the areas we specialize in. Because of our unique position to bring numerous investors to a property/development, we have been able to negotiate better deals with certain developments, thus being able to offer you lower prices than anyone else. We only work with the leading developers of a country and we only pick projects that our investor can sale in 8 to 12 months at a profit of 25% up. We currently have just over 125 members, a few of which can invest up to a billion dollars.

At the same time we try to cater for the more modest investor, allowing them to invest in major projects by selling project packages, essentially partial ownership - where a group of small investors can form a group and invest together. We understand that everyone starts out small and what it means, being a 'small investor,' to have your name or company linked to a major project.

In closing, we would like to add that one of the reasons we formed this club is because we really feel that in today's economics, to make real money in the real estate market, it has to be done globally. Notice that all of our projects are aligned with major developers and above 25% profit margin. There are great investments on a world-wide basis, you just need to know where they are and that's the goal of 1World Investment Club - to be your connection to the top real estate projects in the world.

Robert Sharber owned for many years and headed one of the Largest On Line Stock stock analysis Investment Clubs in New York, with over 30.000 investors worldwide, the club had a winning stock pick ratio of 83%. Now he heads 1World – World Investments. 1World is an internet based company that markets properties and chooses investments in countries throughout the world. He also started a series of 'travel clubs.' Each club  provides excellent

information on each country for tourist, expatriates and for those interested in conducting business.

Johnny Davies

Born in London, U.K. Johnny Davies has lived in a number of countries throughout the world, including Spain, Holland, France and the USA. Johnny owned and managed a very successful international corporation for 32 years before selling the company and relocating to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Johnny has been involved in Mexican real estate for the last 4 years and is AMPI certified.
